Gelebor is a Knight-Paladin of Auriel and one of the last remaining Snow Elves. He can be found in Darkfall Cave guarding the wayshrine. He is the brother of Arch-Curate Vyrthur and will offer you Auriel’s Bow in exchange for your assistance in killing Vyrthur.

Head down to the floor of the valley fighting off any Vale Sabre Cats, and past some ancient ruins. Keep heading northwest and follow the decrepit path. Just before the second arch, take a right northeast through the trees to reach the Wayshrine.

Gelebor will open one of the shrines for the Dragonborn, who, after travelling through it, ends up in Darkfall Passage. After “Touching the Sky” has been completed, Darkfall Passage can be accessed through any of the opened shrines, through the shrine in Darkfall Cave and through Darkfall Grotto.
