To fix that: go to GNS3 VM folder, make sure the name is exact “GNS3 VM. vmx” -> double click to open in VMware work station (not running the GNS3 VM yet) -> go through GNS3 Setup Wizard again -> at the GNS3 VM step I will be able to setup the GNS3 VM without any problems.
