We stayed at Wedgeview Country House & Spa. This Stellenbosch hotel is located just outside of town in the middle of the Stellenbosch vineyards. The rooms are huge, beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are pearls. For families with children there are connecting rooms. The hotel owner, and some employees, are Dutch.
