For the first time since 2012, there will be no ‘Curtain of Distraction’ in Desert Financial Arena when ASU basketball takes the court. On September 24th, it was announced that there would be no fans at Sun Devil basketball games through the rest of the 2020 calendar year.

The 942 Crew, which was introduced during the 2011-12 season and is named for the number of seats in the student section, has rolled out some pretty interesting ways to distract opposing free throw shooters.
