A musician himself, Executive Chef Martin Smetana grew up in the faraway Czech republic. He’s now firmely settled into the deep South and adopted a love and a passion for Southern cuisine. He has taken his European training and Southern influence and blends them beautifully in a menu that is part gastropub and part bistro using only the freshest ingredients.

Never stuffy or intimidating, the Melting Point offers a diverse menu of lighter fare, entrees and desserts that will tempt anyone’s taste buds. Classic cocktails hold their own against stout local and micro brews and an ever-changing wine list.
